Laser cutters and 3D printers have revolutionised the way products and prototypes are developed, enabling innovators and startups to produce high-quality functional designs, prototypes and MVPs (minimal viable products) at the click of a button. In combination with user-friendly CAD and design software, these tools enable makers of all skill levels to produce compelling products.
In this hands-on, one-day workshop, we will cover the basics of using the Epilog laser cutter, Ultimaker 3D printer (FDM) and related design software (Adobe Illustrator for laser cutter and Autodesk Fusion360 for 3D printing).
