Upgrade in Garching: We're getting a new CNC Mill!

We have an exciting upgrade for you in the workshop: We are modernizing our machinery and replacing the current Haas CNC mill with a DMG Mori!

To get the new machine ready for action, we will be remodeling the Garching workshop from June 22 to July 4.

We understand that these short-term restrictions may be inconvenient and thank you for your patience. The result will be well worth it!

From June 22 – July 4, the following hours apply in Garching

Stereolithografie ist ein technisches Prinzip des Rapid-Prototyping/Manufacturing, bei dem ein Werkstück schichtweise aufgebaut wird. Lerne in diesem Kurs das lichtbasierte Verfahren, bei dem einzelne Schichten eines Modells mit Polymer-Flüssigharz aufgebaut und durch einen Laserstrahl ausgehärtet werden! SLA ist feiner, jedoch auch spröder, also nicht so robust wie FDM!

Bei der Rundgravurvorrichtung ist der Name Programm. Die Abrollvorrichtung ermöglicht das Gravieren von zylindrischen und konischen Objekten aus beispielsweise Metall oder Glas mit Hilfe des Lasercutters. Die Kenntnisse der Gerätehandhabung aus dem Grundlagenkurs LAS-001b werden in diesem Aufbaukurs vorausgesetzt.

This safety and basic function course (SBFC) will instruct you in the safe handling and operation of soldering irons and the electronic workbench (AC/DC power supply, multimeter, etc.). In addition, this course provides an introduction to basic concepts of electricity and circuit engineering enabling participants to assemble components into basic circuits and perform simple electrical measurements.
