From a virtual to the real model – learn SLA 3D printing!

You have an idea in mind and want to make it tangible? The SLA 3D printing course introduces you to a technology that delivers smooth surfaces, fine details, and precise shapes – perfect for prototypes, design objects, or personal projects. You'll work with the professional Formlabs printers Form 3 and Form 4, learning how to prepare your 3D model in PreForm, orient it correctly, and add support structures.

The course also covers the different resins available and what they're best suited for – from flexible to heat-resistant. We'll guide you step by step through the printing process, cleaning in the Form Wash, and curing in the Form Cure.

Safety is of course a key part of the course: you'll learn how to handle the materials properly and know exactly what to watch out for. After completing the course, you'll have independent access to the machine and can work on your projects whenever you like.

This course is a prerequisite for using the 3D printers independently in MakerSpace.
